A Word About The Shop
Please note the streaming of tracks in the shop is intended as a guide only. The conversion from AAC to MP3 results in a significant deterioration in sound quality, most notably on the newer releases. It’s a space issue!
Fencezine – Immigrant and Chaffinch Records
The latest issue of Fence Records’ Fencezine, titled ‘The Wedding Issue’, is……sold out! But more copies will be available from early December ’09 and can now be pre-ordered through the Fence site. Featuring articles from King Creosote, HMS Ginafore, new Fence signing Francois Marry and a host of others, the magazine also includes an interview with Immigrant and Chaffinch Records’ heid honcho David Love, as they discuss their own projects, the early days of Fence conquering Glasgow, changes within the industry, and the tragedy of instant coffee.
